Overall this aparment ment has a great location. Very quiet with only a few college students. Mostly professionals that work at Seton hospital or grad students live there.
The walls are thin though so you may hear your neighbors music.

Staff - The manager will talk to you like you're 2 years old. Getting things fixed can be a hassle b/c the manager is never there. The apartment is old and for sure falling apart. I would recommend going down the street about 2-3 blocks where there are other apartments that look newer and have a differnt maintenance staff.

I'm so gald to be graduating and moving out in May 2005

Summary - For the location it's awesome, otherwise, I'd pay more being downt the street at better looking apartments and probably better maintenance staff.
