Pros:
I have lived at Le Med for a year and 1/2. I am quite satisfied because I am left alone and things have been done for me when I have asked. Considering how cheap the rent is for a one bed room apartment as well as the great location, I can't complain. They have done some renovations to the outside as well as the roofing. Good scented candles will help to mask any smells coming from the carpet from years of abuse. Considering the location and price, it is not as nice as the triangle, but it is definitely a deal.
cons- The carpet could use a good cleaning because a heavy smoker lived there before me. I can hear my neighbors, but if they are too loud, they are very polite when I ask them to not make as much noise. Noise problems can happen EVERYWHERE (no matter how good the apartment)! It is an older place and kind of looks like an 80's motel.

Overall, I recommend this place and as long as you are open about problems, then they can be resolved.
