The location is great and that is it. The grounds are a mess, dog poop is not picked up, there is no grass to speak of and cigarette butts everywhere. If you are a sloppy young guy you might like it here, but if you are an adult forget it. The manager is HORRIBLE, he gives you grief about any repair, he is rude and sarcastic and treats the tenants as though we are stupid.
