My apartment was infested with rats for 4 months. We went to the office about 5 times asking to patch holes, which never were fixed. The exterminator repeatedly came to no success because he had to wait for the complex's approval to fill the holes in the building.

Of course the complex didn't agree to do this unitl about the 3rd time the rats came back. However, they still did not fix the holes, but rather told us that they had done this while we were gone since we did not bother to move our dishwasher. We finally got out of the lease because the manager "didn't have the time or energy to fix the problem" and she let us out of it with no fees, since she knew it was her fault. She did, however, take our entire deposit and charge us an extra 30 dollars for bogus repairs and replacements.

This complex is a pain and you will not notice how horrible the staff is until something goes wrong.
