This place is awful it looked good when I first moved in but that is when everything started to go wrong. The management and maintenence are the worst, I have lived in almost every kind of apartment and from experience this place is horrible. Those who rave about the place and the staff are either the staff themselves or people who don’t know any better. I have been trying to get out of my lease for many months now after complaint after complaint to the office with no regard to me. From doors that swell shut so you can’t even get into your apartment to infestations of insects, AC not working well at all and they had no plans on replacing it as it costs me a fortune to run it. Concierge service my ass, they are reluctant to do anything except find ways to charge you any fees they can, they even admit they are “fee crazy” I was litterly 4 minutes late on a rent payment and they would not drop the enormous late fee. I will never tell people to live here unless I hate them, I am actually going to pay the fees to break the lease just to get the hell out of here it is that bad. Beware potential residents there are many greater apartments in this area don’t be fooled and keep looking.
