Beware of sweet talk to lure you into the lease because once you sign it, it's over. These few crazed people who comprise the new mgt. absolutely suck. No room for error around them, make sure you are never late on anything, even if you were dying in the hospital they would still charge you late fees and serve eviction notices. Ohh and a $20-$25 posting fee which is putting a piece of paper on your door is charged to you every time they feel like charging on top of the charge they are already charging you for. Rats and insects galore...disgusting to see hoards of insects in your bathroom in the mornings. Rats were living in the storage shed and chewed up a lot of important things in boxes. After the said they fixed all the problems they never ceased. Beware of the sweet talk up front because once you fall for it you are doomed for the next 12 months.

Try 19 months! I can't wait to get out of this lease here. This is the biggest rip off in Austin.
