Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I lived in Le Montreaux twice. The first time with problems. Then new management, then more problems. Horrible with repair work and time. Empty promises. Office hours not good for people with "jobs." Bad with deposit refund. Great location. Decent Price. But I will never live there again.
