The staff is trained (or not trained) to use no common sense regarding their strict financial rules.
My automatic check to pay the rent for my sons supposedly arrived 2 weeks late. This is despite the date on the check which indicates it was mailed by Wells Fargo on time.

The staff offers no proof of it's late arrival and kept the other half of the rent sent by the boy's father. They want $400 in late fees and a money order. They have returned the bank draft to me which shows the correct date on the draft.

They also have kept the rent checks for the following month but have posted 4 eviction notices on the boys door! (for the late half of one month's rent)

When Wells Fargo attempted to call the manager to discuss this, they refused to talk to the bank!

I have hired a real estate law firm who thinks their actions are ridiculous and "won't stand up in any court". What a shame the management is so dense they chase people away. (and get themselves into legal trouble)

Wow! That's horrible. Did you report this to the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org)? I hope these new managers are fired...

not surprising!! the management here SUCKS!! I know it is apartment living and you should expect certain disadvantages, but this place is ridiculous. Any problem you can or cannot imagine will happen and you will be on your own. DO NOT move here unless you can afford to keep an attorney on retainer.
