When we moved in, one of our toilets wasn't working, our garbage disposal wasn't working, holes in the wall near outlets, and general state of the kitchen drawers were horrible. After none of these getting fixed a rain storm came through and we had water streaming down our living room wall. That did not get fixed for two weeks. One of our two air conditioners has gone out twice, for two weeks at a time. Now our upstairs neighbor flooded her bathroom and it has been 1 week and they haven't finished fixing it yet (i.e. that bathroom is unusable). The parking is a nightmare, the college students are loud and rude, and the management's timeliness is poor. Do NOT move here.

True, true, true, true, true, true. I used this website to research apartments before I moved to Austin, but the complex was under different management until about 2 weeks after I moved in. The current management is HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE, A JOKE, MEAN, STUPID, SPITEFUL, UNBENDING, INCOMPETENT (and YOU will pay for their mistakes). DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE!!!!
