I have lived in these apartments since May of 2005 and am an on-time rent payor. This month my on-time rent payment was not accepted because a late fee for a water bill wasn't added on - a late fee I was never notified about and in regards to a paid water bill. They not only did not accent my rent, but charged me for two late days without notifying me of this non-acceptance. I have been very disappointed lately with the management - the main manager is rude and does not seem to care in the least about the tenants.
