I've lived in LeMontreaux for two years now. This last December, new managers started working here, and they are horrible. Before, I highly recommended LeMontreaux; I tried to get all my best friends to live here. Now, though, I wouldn't even recommend this place to a stranger. Move somewhere else. There MIGHT be hope for LeMontreaux if good managers start working here...

THERE IS ONLY TRUTH IN THIS REVIEW!! I moved in under the old management and LOVED them--they were why we chose this place over the others. As soon as we moved in, the good management just disappeared one day and this new team who couldn't care less and seem to enjoy upsetting their tenants takes over. They changed the way things operated and gave no warning or explanation. They charge you OUTRAGEOUS amounts to live here. This is just not a place you want to be. The positive comments on here, I am willing to bet, were written by the management or someone who does not live here!!

I must agree with you on the new management...they are a bunch of goof balls. My apt is ok, but it takes FOREVER to get them to fix ANYTHING...LAME-O
