RENT IS GOING UP!! AND ITS ALREADY OVERPRICED. THEY ARE OLD BUT SOME ARE BEING REDONE, AND OF COURSE THOSE ARE EXTRA. "FREE COVERED PARKING" IS WHAT THEY SAY, BUT THEY DONT SAY THAT THERE IS NOT ENOUGH PARKING FOR EVERYONE THAT LIVES HERE, SO EVENTUALLY YOU WILL HAVE TO RESERVE A PARKING SPOT (FOR A FEE EACH MONTH)-COVERED OR NOT...IVE LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR AND IT SEEMED OK AT FIRST. THEY ARE NOT VERY QUICK WHEN IT CAME TO PEST CONTROL. TOOK A COUPLE OF WEEKS BEFORE ANYONE CAME OUT TO GET RID OF PESTS..ALL VARIETIES. ITS PRETTY QUIET MOST OF THE TIME, THATS THE ONLY GOOD THING. ONLY ONE PERSON IN MANAGMENT I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH, WATCH OUT!!
