Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I've been here for a year and I'm currently transferring into another unit here. I've had none of the problems that were mentioned in the negative reviews. No rats, no flaky management. No fines. I don't understand it. The only negative remark I can agree with is the parking.
