I moved to this complex July 1st, this year. To date, I consider it an excellent choice for these reasons:

1. Location: Its central location and easy access to main traffic arteries make travel to my frequented sites easy and pleasant.

2. Grounds: The grounds are lovely. They are constantly grooming, replanting, removing dead limbs and ground trash. The attention given, at some point, to the trees has preserved some irreplaceable specimens.

3. Pool: The pool area is the most sensible outfitted of any I've seen in a multiple family complex. It is age-friendly from toddlers to their grandparents. There are multiple areas for cookouts and one designed for large groups. The poolside furniture is maintained or replaced. Surrounded by trees, the tree-trash stays within reasonable limits because it is removed daily.

4. Trash: There is virtually no trash on the grounds. The areas around the dumpsters, which are enclosed; are clear of trash and discarded furniture. (That a huge plus for me.)

5. Maintenance: The response to my requests is met in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.

6. Staff: The staff is courteous and helpful.
