So we lived at this property for 2 years. We experience both bugs and mice; the bug problem was terrible (silverfish).

We lived in an apartment that backed the Luby's back entrance. There are semi-trucks that deliver to Luby's from roughly 11pm to 3 am at least 3 nights a week. Picture a semi-truck running for 4 hours while the workers yell back and forth in the dead of the night, all about 40 yards from your back window.

We felt the apartments are poorly constructed in terms of noise. We could hear the people above us talking, walking, shutting doors, sitting on furniture, being intimate, etc. The problem wasn't bad with our first upstairs neighbor, but then they moved some kids in above us that drove us crazy with noise. We also experienced noise problems coming from the parking lot late at night; there were several instances of domestic altercations and loud drunk kids.

The parking can be a problem, especially on the weekends. Parking really depends on how many people in your building buy reserved spaces.

Overall, we felt the complex was outdated and overpriced. They also raised the prices, which makes no sense. We moved to a much nicer complex that charges the same as their new prices. We did receive most of our deposit back, however they charged us $15 dollars for carpet cleaning. After 2 years of residency I would hope they clean the carpets, but don't feel like we should be charged for it.
