The management in this office is the worst I have encountered, and I've lived all over Austin, from apartments in Central to East, South and now North. Unlike some other places for the same price range, which will give you a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee, Le Montreaux will do everything they can to lock you into your lease.

Their employees don't give a care about your individual living experience. They are out to get your money. One girl in the office neglected to tell us about the conditions of the qualifications and co-signers.

When we had complaints about the system, the other employees kept saying, "Oh, you talked to her' She's new, that's why." I'm sorry, but a new employee doesn't excuse the fact that we weren't told the conditions of the lease before signing it.

It took several weeks on repeated communication with the office before we were finally DENIED breaking our lease.

Le Montreaux pretty much works under a "buyers beware" business model. They will not thrive with such customer service. Don't get sucked in. Look somewhere else. Though I could not break my lease, I am happily co-habitating with friends at a place with 100x better management.
