Did I say rats' I wanted to alert you that the manager of the apartments is not allowing me off my lease even though I have complained about rats and gave final proof of one that was caught on the gel trap. I have aboout one more month left and the manager would not allow me off the lease--even after I showed her staff these pictures.

If you are thinking about going to Le Montreaux, please don't. You will never get out of your lease even if you have a reasonable justification. The manager will always say that the complex has done everything to fix the problem even though I have proof to the contrary. The manager is convincing but lacks any compassion.

The apartment location is great but it's not always about location.
