Absolutely no rats or mice, maintence is efficient and prompt. They fixed entrance way that had a couple of pot holes that were repaired promptly ,the landscaping is beautiful and kept up weekly. No roaches, either. The managment team is very easy to work with and they care about their tenants. They will go out of their way to do everything in their power.
