Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
I haven?t lived there, but I stayed with a friend who did about five years ago and it?s about as bad as they were saying. They?re under new management now and the redesigned and cleaned up the place. It looks a hundred times better from what I can see. Its now called the Legacy Apartments, and I?m currently looking at getting a 2 bedroom there. Heh. Wish me luck!
