They take forever to fix a maintenance request. The pool is not taken care of on a weekly basis. I have a big concern with safety and asked them to fix the lights along the walkways and it's been 4 months and still no lights that work. Neighbors always play loud music and honk their car horns throughout the night and early in the morning. Needless to say, I have yet to have a good nights sleep. The workout room is never open. The laundry room is good and always clean. I HIGHLY do not reccomend if you are a student. But if you can stand the East Austin "Noise" and want the cheapest rent, then beware of the things I listed before you sign that lease!

The Legacy is the worst apartment I have ever encountered. The management does not care about anything or any of their tenants. One of the guys working in the office told my personal info to another leasing office (illegal not to mention unethical). They tried to charge me for things I was not responsible for. The neighborhood is unsafe and the people who live in this apt complex only make it worse. My car got broken into in the middle of the day. They have a laundry room, fitness room, and pool but I refuse to use any because they are disgusting. I've only lived here for a short time and I'm moving out as soon as possible. I pray no one else have to ever live here unless it is the last place on earth. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. This place is unsafe, flea infested and gross.
