Hello I completly disagree with this last comment. We use TAA lease applications and would give a deposit back if we were not ready for a new resident to move in. Also we only prelease 30 days in advance, this makes lie # 2 in last comment. We have never show an apartment in such poor condition more a less try to get some one to move into it. Also you posted this notice in June but you were driving around the property in August' This must not be true unless you are specking about last (2004) year with the old management.I would like the opportunity to RIGHT only wroung for this person who made last comment and is true for this new management company.
