after new management, I've seen a great improvement in these apartments. The noise level has gone down, police cars aren't here as often, I don't hear anymore fights outside, and the ppl in the office are nice. There are still people lingering outside but that doesn't bother me nearly as much as the noise level that has cut back. Good job to the management...they had to really clean this place up!
