Lived here in 2001. This is the worst place I have ever lived. Had a water leak that took weeks to fix and smelled like mold the entire year. The jokers next door blasted Tejano 24/7. Illegal aliens and their children in dipers swimming in the pool. The pool was kind of like when Ralph Machio got to california in the Karate Kid.

The Legacy is the worst apartment I have ever encountered. The management does not care about anything or any of their tenants. One of the guys working in the office told my personal info to another leasing office (illegal not to mention unethical). They tried to charge me for things I was not responsible for. The neighborhood is unsafe and the people who live in this apt complex only make it worse. My car got broken into in the middle of the day. They have a laundry room, fitness room, and pool but I refuse to use any because they are disgusting. I've only lived here for a short time and I'm moving out as soon as possible. I pray no one else have to ever live here unless it is the last place on earth. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. This place is unsafe, flea infested and gross.
