It's alright

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I lived here for 2 years from Aug of 2004 to Aug of 2006. Overall I would say for the price it is an okay place. We never had leaks or anything inside our apartment, when our heater broke and needed a new one management got us a new one fairly soon. The neighborhood isn't the best of the best, I would not recommend single young ladies to live here alone.
Parking: parking is alright, there are sometimes where you might need to hunt for a spot, but overall okay. Just remember to move your cars when they repaint the lines or else you will get towed.
Noise: On the weekends you hear alot of tejano music from the neighbors and the mornings the day labor folks will pull up in their pickup trucks and honk on the horn.
Safety: Never got mugged or anything like that. Out of all the 7 cars me and my roommates had, 1 got broken into once and the other was parked on the street and got hit. So I would say we were above average for that neighborhood. The cops drive by from time to time to patrol and make a presence.
I would recommend if you are a bunch of guys living together and wanted a cheap place. Me and my friends, there was 8 of us, we got two of the 2-1.5 units side by side and it worked out great. Close to campus, even if there was traffic on I-35 it was still a fast trip to school, just take the frontage road and you will be fine to UT. Bus stop right in front of the apartment, Target and other food places nearby, Walgreen open 24/7, not that bad of a place really.
