I've lived at the Legacy for 9 months. Overall, my experience has been very good. The leasing and maintenance staff have been excellent to work with. I had a minor noise problem from upstairs (overall quiet neighborhood, but the walls are pretty thin), but management took care of it within 2 days. Neighbors overall are pretty nice; mostly young to middle-age professionals, only a few students. Very safe residential area; I am not aware of any car break-ins or anything of that sort. Drawbacks do include the questionable construction quality, and out-of-the-way location. Everyday amenities like gas stations, grocery, bank, and food carryout, are all at least a 5-to-10-minute drive. All in all, a pretty good choice if you work in the South Austin area. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
