The leasing agents were great...always friendly.
Loved the location...except for the mulititude of break-ins. My car was broken into once and my neighbors car was broken into 3 times!
Lighting was not good at all...bathroom was rather dark. Heating/cooling was a bit of a problem. Water bill averaged $25-30 for a small one-bedroom.
Don't expect to get any deposit back if you have a pet. The pet deposit is way overpriced....$400 per pet. Our apartment looked great on move-out and we just recieved a bill for $539 for nothing.
