-Overpriced

-Parking is a nightmare

-Not Pet Friendly

-Pet Crap Everywhere

-Management won?t listen

-Cheap Carpet (you?ll pay for it)

-Expect a rent increase

-Water is outrageous

-Crime rate is high. Lots of broken car windows

-High Pet Rent
