Okay so it's a very nice complex but your going to lose your car pretty much. My truck was broken into two times within two weeks. I came home today and my neighbors car was sitting on rocks. For a month straight there have been over 30 car break ins in the neighborhood. I suggest you get a garage , maybe two, so you don't have to keep filing claims with your insurance. Great place, nice neighborhood, but high crime rates.
