I have lived at Legacy for almost 10 months now, and have had an overall enjoyable experience. While I am not happy about the recent rash of vehicle break-ins, I am grateful that notices were posted by the office letting us know of the recent activities. The maintenance is great, and I have had no problems with the office staff. I think my water bill is excessive, but from my conversations with coworkers I don't think it is limited to this apartment complex. Last but not least - parking. It can be challenging after hours, but for the most part it isn't a nightmare. I would recommend this place to a friend - after all, it is an apartment!!!
