I lived at Legacy for a year and it was the worst living situation I had ever entered into. The walls and ceilings were so poorly insulated that I could hear actual conversations from the apartment above, not just normal bumps and noises that you hear in most every apartment you live in. I frequently got nasty notes and dirty looks from the people below for MY noise. I guess they didn't realize that it was actually shotty building to fault rather than me.
When I first moved in, it seemed to be a quiet community but eventually they filled the vacancies with students that partied every night of the week. Nothing like leaving for work and running over beer bottles in the parking lot!
I rented a garage, thank goodness, so that kept my car safe from the burglaries that I saw happen to others at least once a week. When I moved in they told me that there was a courtesy guard but I never saw one.
I hope this helps to keep someone else from making the mistake I made. I was truly unhappy there.
