I have lived here for 18 months and would not
recommend this complex to anyone. My water bill is in excess of $35 per month which seems rather high for a small apt. I had maintenance look at the peeling cabinets in the kitchen & bathroom, which they said they would replace. That's been six months & still no replacement. Too many college kids running up the stairs at 4 a.m., but my downstairs neighbor complained when I had my stereo on at 3:30 in the afternoon, which the office said was a valid complaint. The clickers for the gates & workout room almost never work (I've had 4 different ones). Some of these complaints may seem trival, but this complex rents for a premium price.
