I haven't been at Legacy for long, but I do regret not getting on the top floor because you hear everything above you if you don't. Make sure you don't put your bed along the wall that has the water pipes because you will be listening to water running all night!
When I moved in, I could tell that they painted some of the walls, none of the trim work and around the windows and speaking of windows, I was moved into a unit with bent up mini blinds. Sure hope the paint and blinds aren't held against me when I move out! They fixed the parking issue but the residents were giving no warning about the construction until the morning we got woke up at 7:22am by the sound of jackhammers! The nice thing about some communities are the gates, well, the gate in our section stays open or broke more than it works!
One time when it rained, I came in and found ants all around the window. They were coming in through the window sill and the window itself. Went outside and found a huge ant bed along the outside wall. I had to spray myself to get rid of the ants coming into the apartment because it was the weekend.
