First of all we were told old carpet would be replaced as previous tenants moved out - not the case. We were also told there was "plenty of parking" by our apt...not the case. Drunken fights have occurred TWICE within 2 months in the "breezeway" by the same apartment tenant (both times around 3 in the morning during the week) and I've made complaints yet nothing is done to this tenant...some of us have to work. My husband and I spend about $1k a month in rent and you'd think we were living on campus somewhere. I know apartment living is much different than having a house but it's just a joke when you see Legacy at Western Oaks "Luxury Apartments". The ONLY good thing is it's in a safe neighborhood
