Not being able to sleep overrides everything

I posted on 4/11 for the first time, and then someone posted on 4/12 to try to minimize my review. Well sorry, but I'm a 2nd floor resident and I can tell you that I would move out if rent was only $100 a month.
Your ability to go to sleep in these apartments relies solely on if your upstairs neighbor is there or not. Normal walking literally sounds like a herd of buffalo. When they set something on the floor, it sounds like they dropped a pallet of bricks.
I agree that these problems shouldn't be blamed on management, but that does not lessen the fact that 2nd floor apartments are unlivable. I've spoken with many people who say the exact same thing.
