It's a beautiful complex, well maintained, with a very friendly staff. I live on the 3rd floor, so I haven't had much of a problem with noise. I have a few complaints about my new neighbors who moved in about 3 months ago... the building was quiet and filled with professionals and young families until these partying college kids moved in. I recently graduated and wanted to get away from this scene. I could justify paying a little extra for the nice complex and beautiful apartment when it was peaceful, but now I will be moving out when my lease is up. The rental rates are going up and I can no longer justify living here.
