I completely agree. I lived at Legacy for 2 years, and saw a steady downhill turn in tennancy over that period of time. When I moved in, it was mostly young professionsals, and then something happened and about a hundred thousand college students moved in, and the place (mostly pool area) became a nightmare. Children screaming all day, people partying all night. And the upstairs neighbors were hell on earth. You could hear everything (and I mean everything) through paper thin bedroom walls. And it sounded like elephants walking around. What a nightmare.
