Lived there for 2 years. Car broken into once, and 12 reports of noise; 6 of them filed with Austin police. Managment wouldn't evict the tenants, despite contractual claims to the opposite.
Combine LOUD neighbors, inattentive managment, security gates that work 25% of the time, and gangs that vandalize cars; and you wind up with this place.
You can rent a house for less, and not deal with the headaches. I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
