I feel that the prices are just about what you would expect for the size. Here are the perks, the trash is picked up two times a week from your door, two pools, pet park, and the location is great for someone like me. With-in minutes I can be on mopac, or at HEB. Yes it can be loud when a harley guns it off the light, but only people in the back should have the right to compain.
