JPI is aka 'The Jefferson Commons'. Anyone who's ever dealt with this company or lived in one of there complexes knows how BAD of a deal this is. JPI properties are prettied up on the outside but made with the cheapest materials, you'll hear through every wall and get ripped off by the management who will smile while they do it. They build properties and once they have made a small profit in about 5 years or so, they sell the property, just as it's really falling apart; since it was so cheap to begin with and they don't re-invest in it.

Come move out day, if they decide to spot paint your walls, which they will, they will charge you for a full wall painting, and if your really lucky a carpet replacement - and never actually do the replacing. That's fine if you can't believe something like this goes on in todays modern world, but you get the idea; I cannot stress this strongly enough, AVOID THEM.
