Nice place, no problems, decent staff

I moved here in March of 2007.
Staff - They have been very nice and professional, and have assisted me quickly every time I asked. There are activities several times a month, and the staff does a good job making residents aware of these activities and amenities. This is a large complex, and the staff has many residents to deal with. They do a good job.
Parking - is adequate. I have never had to walk very far from a space to my car, and I live in one of the "problem" parking areas. I come and go at ALL hours, and I have never seen every parking space occupied.
Noise - My experience is that this is a quiet complex. My balcony and living room face a courtyard area, and I have only had one instance of loud noise late at night. I found the other tenant... they were very nice and turned down their music. There is the occasional thump upstairs and music from another apartment during daytime and the evening, but c'mon! These are apartments! Overall quiet.
Grounds - Well-kept, but need to checked more often for litter.
Safety - Have not had nor heard of any problems. Lighting is good.
Maintenance - I have only had to use them one time, and the repair was made days after they promised. The repair was well-done.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this complex. The location is excellent for shopping and outdoor activities. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
