Buildings and staff need an overhaul

I just moved from Legacy to a brand new apt complex in the same part of town. (Far SW Austin.) What a difference! Legacy quite frankly shows its age. Wood rot is in evidence in every building. So is peeling paint ... more

Too noisy for me too!

Yeah this place is noisy. And it doesn't matter which side of the complex you live on. I live on the La Cresada side but still hear every cop car, firetruck, motorcycle and pickup truck that goes by on Mopac. ... more
