I have lived here for a little over a year. The apartment complex has trash everywhere, the pool looks like mating grounds for larvae (its green with a hint of black). People vandalize the apartment continually. Bicycles get stolen. The maintenance is the worst of all. They love coming into your apartment to do basically nothing and they never leave a note, ever! The maintenance is really shady and the apartment as a whole is just TERRIBLE. Never live here. The management can only do so much, it is the owner that doesn't care. I went a month without A/C or heat and it took them two weeks to fix a broken bedroom window during a winter freeze when my heat was also out. The owner and all the maintenance are lazy, lazy, lazy. The fortunate thing is that if you somehow sign a lease before you read this it is very easy to terminate your lease. There are health code violations all over the place, and what the maintenance does (entering the apartment for anything and everything with no note) is illegal. Terminate your lease and fast!
