I'm the author!
The pool and hot tub are not properly maintained or functional.
Water problems occur frequently.
Minor maintainence problems aren't taken care of promptly.
The property advertises computers and printers for resident use and they are not.
Rent is going up.
Laundry room is often in poor condition.
I'm outtta here!
