Poor management. Getting anything fixed could take weeks. The apartment above me had a leak and it soaked my floor and it took the over a week to dry it out. Even then, they didn't even check the carpet padding to see if mold was springing up. (moved out soon after!) Days without water. No 24-hour maintenance, so god help you if something breaks after 6pm. The leasing staff was trashy and unhelpful. It's in a bad neighborhood. (homicide at complex next door) Cars get broken into a LOT! Everyone has big dogs, so a lot of noise and a lot of poo in the grass. Also, flea problems because windows are low and the lawn guys blow the grass onto the 1st floor patios.

If I were you, I would find someplace better to live!
