I have lived in this complex for almost nine months and have had no serious problems. I have never experienced noisy neighbors, everyone is pretty quiet. I go to work real early and never had problems. My car was never broken into, i had an aftermarket stereo and an alarm so i just took the stereo face off and set the alarm. The staff is a little lacking, maintence problems that require immediate attention are handled promptly but everything else is kinda slow. Overall the place is pretty good, especially considering the price, I plan on renewing my lease.
