The apt was adequate, although it is on the small side, but the prices were good. Crime wasw bad though, I had attempts to steal my bike several times of my 2nd floor balcony, luckily I used high grade locks. The staff, at the time, was unsympathetic.
The area is a college student mecca, as well as having some lower income apartments near by. If this bothers you...parties at all hours, sirens, etc. The traffic in the area is some of the worst. I never felt safe there, nor did I like the fact they didn't have gate access or garages.
