The Single WORST apartment ever

Well, what can I say about this apartment'
For starters, they're terrible. The management is awful, and slow to respond to concerns. The equipment in the apartment always breaks down (AC freezes up about once a week, the toilet has been broken for God knows how long), and nothing ever gets fixed permanently.
They make you pay for everything, even water, which is insane considering the overly high price they charge you for rent. For a 1'1, they ask you to shell out $500 . They try their hardest to act like an upscale apartment complex, separate from the rest of the trash on Riverside, but it's all the same. My car was broken into right in front of my apartment, and they didn't care in the least.
They shut off water at the drop of a hat. I didn't have water the entire New Years weekend, and ended up having to go to a hotel. As of this writing, I STILL don't have water, not even to flush my toilet. They're not offering a rent discount for my troubles, either.
This is basically the worst living arrangement I've ever had. Stay away from these people at all possible costs.
