The rent is pretty cheap for the size of my aparatment, and the utilities are very reasonable. For the price, this has been a good place to live.
The floorplan itself is kind of unique and feels more "homey" than other places I have lived. Ocassionally, noise (from a specific neighbor and not the complex in genera) and having water are a problematic, but overall I have really enjoyed living here. My neighbors are nice and generally quite, and the office staff is friendly.
Keep in mind that most of the complaints on these postings are typical of apartments in general, and not just specific to this place.
