I lived there for 18 months and was very happy with it. It was not the biggest (or cheapest) apartment, but it had an interesting floorplan, huge deck (larger 2 bedroom floorplan), and was generally a clean and well kept complex. For the most part quiet, had one set of loud neighbors but compared to other Austin apartments very good. Parking was usually not a problem and I could always park right outside my apartment except for a handful of times. Stereo was stolen out of my car once during daylight. Management was mostly friendly and helpful.
