If you like hot water..don't live here. Almost everyweek there is at least one day that you will not have hot water. In addition in the shower be prepared to be scalded and then frozen. One 10 minute shower will turn into 30 easily because you will be jumping in and out with the temp changes. Then, during the hurricane, I had family staying with me, and some pump broke and we again didn't have hot water for 3 days. I asked why they couldn't go to some store in town, get it, and fix it. They said they have to go through some special company for it to save money (this part was not expensive and would have been easy to fix). So this water problem they couldn't fix b/c it was too expensive and in Houston so they couldn't fix it. The very next week they had a new sign out front with the apt name on it. We residents appreciated that! There are also many stairwells that have no grass and no cement for you to get to the stairs, just dirt. So when it rains be prepared to get very muddy when trying to get to your apt! Don't live here! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
